Users of Audit Hub will have a password and login via the portal to view their permitted access. All users are stored within the System menu, and can be accessed via the User option, with the ability to search and locate a specific user.

From the Audit Hub home page, the User Administration page can be found under the System in the left hand column. The Search box enables a user to be located by typing in just a few letters of their name, and it will come up as an option.

The Language should be selected from drop down options. This will be the language which is used to display the system to the user. If it is left blank then the system will default to English.

The Division tab which is part of the Company Details section, allows configuration of users to ensure that they are only exposed to data which is relevant to them. Please refer to the Divisions section for further information.

This is selected from predefined ‘roles’ that have been set up within your company. The Role Membership enables AuditHub to filter individuals by their roles in each company. For example an auditor logged in the system would have the ‘auditor’ role ticked here and this would enable relevant forms to be allocated to them.

It is very important as it determines whether a user can actually log in or not. They will not be able to make changes on the system. Important - The person does not actually ever get removed. The system needs them to be there for historical purposes such as picking up any information from any audits they have done. However they will be unable to log in.

The ‘composition’ of passwords that need to be entered on AuditHub, can be established/changed on the password policy tab of the ‘company details’ page under the heading ‘systems’. The screen below shows the questions that need to be answered in order to create the rules for a satisfactory password.

Just as the heading suggests this tab gives an administrator the tools to restrict users to enable them to see and use what they require but nothing further. By ticking boxes, these different aspects of the system become accessible to the user. For example, below the user has been given permission to General reports because the box has been ticked and the colour changes from green to red.
