When a form is created on Audit-Hub, the default is for NO conformance review to be enabled and the Enabled button on the Behaviour tab in the screen below would have the ‘No’ button highlighted (many of the subsequent options would not be visible).

When the Form is uploaded and scored, then all the non conformant questions will be ‘bound’ together in the conformance review. Here, there is an opportunity to either send them to the elected reviewer first by selecting ‘yes’ or to send them directly out to the client/site, if ‘no’ has been selected.
