Setting up Forms

When you first log into the Audit-Hub system, the home page ‘My Workplace’ will appear.
From the sidebar list on the left hand side, navigate to ‘Forms’, and by clicking on the small arrowhead on the Forms tab, move through to create a new or amend an existing Form as required.
